    Meaning a max you can offer a player yearly in a contract.

    NOTE: This could still be implemented without an overall cap.

    What is the point?

    Run with some type of salary cap, soft or hard, and you don't have to add additional rules for GMs to follow and track.

    I think the main reason for GMs waning interest and difficulty to attract new GMs is the overload of outside (out of game) rules.

    Keep it simple, yet maintained and we will be in great shape.
